All refund requests must be submitted to Arvada Excel within 15 calendar days from the date of payment or purchase of the applicable service.

Refund requests submitted after the 15-day period may not be eligible for consideration, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed upon in writing by Arvada Excel.

Submitting a refund request within 15 days does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request will be reviewed based on the nature of the service, work completed, project status, applicable terms, and any non-refundable costs incurred.

Where a service has already commenced or work has been completed within the 15-day period, the refund may be reduced or denied in accordance with this Refund Policy.
